1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Kneady by Nature ("we," "our," or "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Kneady by Nature provides massage therapy, skincare treatments, wellness services, and retail products. All services are subject to availability and must be scheduled in advance.

3. Appointments and Cancellations

Booking: Appointments can be made online, by phone, or in person. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time.

Cancellation Policy: We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.

Late Arrivals: Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment time to accommodate other clients.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit cards, and gift certificates. Gratuities are appreciated but not required.

5. Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. They have no expiration date and can be used toward any service or product.

6. Health and Safety

Medical Conditions: Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or pregnancy before your treatment. Certain conditions may require a doctor's approval.

Contraindications: We reserve the right to refuse or modify services if we believe they may be harmful to your health.

Hygiene: We maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation. We ask that clients arrive clean and refrain from wearing strong fragrances.

7. Professional Conduct

All services are provided in a professional, therapeutic manner. Any inappropriate behavior or requests will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.

8. Retail Products

All retail product sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective. Please inspect products before purchase.

9. Membership and Rewards Program

Our membership and rewards programs are subject to their own terms and conditions. Points and benefits are non-transferable and have no cash value.

10. Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure your safety and comfort, massage and wellness services carry inherent risks. By using our services, you acknowledge these risks and agree to hold Kneady by Nature harmless from any claims, injuries, or damages.

11. Privacy

Your personal information and health history are kept confidential in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws, including HIPAA regulations.

12. Photography and Marketing

We may take photographs or videos of our facility and services for marketing purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform us.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and take effect immediately upon posting.
